Lama Abi Mosleh
Passionate runner and food technologist Lama Abi Mosleh sought a better post-run snack after being disappointed by store-bought peanut butter loaded with sugar and lacking flavor. Driven by a love for healthy eating, she began experimenting in her parents' kitchen, crafting peanut butter in countless Tupperware containers. During a jog, the name "Nutshell" struck - a fitting symbol for their journey and the start of something delicious.
