Meet The Founders

Barbara & Hani Nassar

The heart and soul behind our brand is Barbara Nassar, a remarkable woman whose story of courage and determination continues to inspire us every day. After being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in 2009, Barbara did not surrender to despair. She took her decision not only to fight her own battle but to support others facing similar challenges. In an extraordinary effort to encourage patients and spread awareness, Barbara and her family made the Lebanese flag trip, visiting 1800 villages across Lebanon. Barbara’s commitment led to the establishment of the Barbara Nassar Association (BNA) in February 2014. Barbara passed away after her brave battle with cancer. However, her mission did not end there. Her husband Hani and their two children decided to carry forward the mission Barbara started. They continued to help cancer patients both morally and financially, empowering them on a professional level as well. The driving force behind our brand are not just contributors; they are cancer patients who direct their strength and creativity into crafting beautiful handmade items. Each purchase from our store directly supports these courageous individuals, providing them with financial support for their treatments and daily needs. To expand their support and reach more patients, the Barbara Nassar Cancer Center is now being established.
