Welcome to Wakilni Marketplace] (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our platform (the “Website” or “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Wakilni Marketplace is a multi-vendor online marketplace that connects customers (“buyers”) with independent sellers (“vendors”).
We facilitate product listings, order placement, and delivery through our logistics partner Wakilni. We are not the direct seller of the products unless specifically stated.

To make purchases, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. Users under 18 may only use the platform with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

When you place an order, you are purchasing directly from the vendor listed on the product page.
Payment options are cash on delivery, online payment and credit card on delivery. These are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or violation of any of these terms.

Shipping and delivery are handled by Wakilni, our logistics partner. Estimated delivery times and fees are displayed at checkout.

Return & Exchange policies vary by Vendor. Please review each Vendor’s Return & Exchange Policy before purchasing.
In case of disputes, Wakilni Marketplace team will assist as an intermediary but does not guarantee refunds or replacements unless explicitly stated.

Order Cancellation:

By Customer:

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the vendor confirms and prepares the order (typically within 1-2 hours of placement)
• Once the vendor has confirmed preparation, cancellation requires vendor approval
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return per the vendor’s policy

By Vendor:

• Vendors may cancel orders if items are out of stock or pricing errors occurred
• Customers will receive full refunds for vendor-cancelled orders
• Repeated cancellations by a vendor may result in account review or suspension

By Wakilni Marketplace:

• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, policy violation, or technical error
  
  

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, product quality, and compliance with applicable laws.

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold on Wakilni Marketplace:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized goods
• Stolen property or items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Tobacco products and e-cigarettes (unless licensed)
• Alcohol
• Adult content or services
• Live animals
• Hazardous materials or unsafe products
• Items that violate export controls or sanctions
• Any products prohibited by Lebanese law

Vendors found listing prohibited items will have their accounts suspended or terminated immediately.

Vendor Verification:

All vendors on Wakilni Marketplace undergo a verification process before being approved to sell. This includes identity verification, business registration confirmation (where applicable), and agreement to our terms and conditions. However, vendors operate as independent businesses, and Wakilni Marketplace does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of vendor products beyond our stated prohibited items policy.

Wakilni Marketplace is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from transactions between buyers and vendors.
Our responsibility is limited to providing the platform and facilitating logistics through Wakilni.

All content, logos, graphics, and software on this platform are owned or licensed by Wakilni Marektplace.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written consent.

Force Majeure:

Wakilni Marketplace and its vendors shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: – Natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism – Government actions, strikes, or labor disputes – Power outages, internet failures, or system malfunctions – Pandemics or public health emergencies In such events, performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Account Suspension and Termination:

Wakilni Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeatedly make false claims or abuse the dispute resolution process

Upon termination:

• Access to your account will be disabled
• Pending orders may be cancelled or completed at our discretion
• You may request your data as per our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding refunds or credits will be processed according to our standard procedures

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect once published on our website.
