Dr. Layla Youssef Itani

Dr. Layla Yussef Itani is an educator, trainer, and curriculum designer with a Doctorate in Educational Sciences. She has extensive experience working with schools, universities, and international organizations, supporting teaching quality, learning design, and educational leadership. Her background includes leading Early Years and Elementary teams at an IB World School, establishing a Research and Development department, and designing Training of Trainers (ToT) programs for educators across different sectors. As a lecturer and consultant, she focuses on practical, research-informed approaches that help educators strengthen pedagogy, reflection, and learner engagement.
