Meet The Founders
Sabine Mattar
Sabine Mattar grew up appreciating the love and care her mother poured into preparing homemade mouneh for her children, despite juggling a full-time job. As the years passed and her mother’s ability to continue this tradition lessened, Sabine saw an opportunity to turn that passion into something bigger. Teaming up with her brother, a cinematographer, she founded Mounet El Sett. While Sabine’s professional background is in special education, her entrepreneurial spirit and deep connection to tradition inspired her to create a brand that celebrates heritage, family, and the art of homemade mouneh.
