Rosalie Richa founded Food Grade after identifying a major gap in how food safety requirements are applied in real kitchens. With an MSc and hands-on experience in food safety, quality management, inspections, audits, and compliance systems, she saw that complex documentation and costly training often failed to deliver practical results.
