Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
All products listed on the Wakilni Marketplace are sold directly by independent vendors.
Please note that Wakilni Marketplace acts as a 3rd-party marketplace platform and does not own any vendor inventory.
Marketplace Orders Delivery
All orders placed on Wakilni Marketplace are delivered by Wakilni. There are only a few exceptions where the type of product mandates special handling in delivery, in which case the vendor would do the delivery to the customer. These exceptions are clearly indicated on the Marketplace.
Wakilni aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible once it’s confirmed ready by the vendor.
Delivery time: 1–4 business days for local deliveries, depending on your location in Lebanon and the vendor’s fulfilment time.
Delivery coverage: Available across Lebanon and internationally (terms apply)
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Delivery fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on product weight, size, and order destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each vendor on the Wakilni Marketplace maintains their own Return & Exchange Policy, which applies to any order placed through our platform.
These policies outline the conditions, timeframes, and eligibility for returns or exchanges and can be reviewed on each vendor’s store page or product listing.
Customer Requests
When a customer requests a return or exchange, Wakilni Marketplace team will:
- Communicate the vendor’s Return & Exchange policy to the customer.
- Forward the customer’s inquiry and any supporting details to the vendor.
- Take further action based on the vendor’s recommendation and policy terms.
Vendor Responsibilities
The vendor is responsible for:
- Providing clear and accurate Return & Exchange terms on your store page including conditions, timeframes, eligibility, and return shipping cost
- Responding promptly to any customer inquiries forwarded by Wakilni Marketplace.
- Coordinating with Wakilni Marketplace team on the approval or rejection of return/exchange requests in a timely manner.
Important Notes
- Wakilni does not authorize or process returns independently without vendor approval.
- Products must meet the return conditions stated by the vendor (e.g., unused, in original packaging, within the allowed timeframe).
- Certain product categories such as beauty, hygiene, custom, or perishable items may not be eligible for return due to health, safety, or customization reasons.

For return or exchange questions, the vendor’s policy will be the reference, and Wakilni will assist in facilitating communication between the customer and the vendor when needed.
